New Minds. One Mission. A United Marsabit.
We are a new community-based organization founded by passionate young changemakers from Marsabit County. We're on a mission to bring tribes together, empower the youth, and build a peaceful, skilled, and climate-aware generation through education, sports, culture, and unity.
Child of a Nomad is a community-based organization (CBO) started after years of watching our communities divided by conflict, tribalism, and marginalization, we as children from Marsabit community decides to come together to offer something different — a fresh, unified voice for change.
"We are not politicians. We are not outsiders. We are the children of this soil. And we believe Marsabit can rise."
To nurture a peaceful, empowered, and united generation in Marsabit through education, youth empowerment, cultural pride, sports, and climate action.
A Marsabit where every child — regardless of tribe — can dream, learn, and grow under one identity.
We are just beginning. But we know exactly where we're going.
Because tribalism has robbed Marsabit of its peace.
Because youth are tired of being used, then abandoned.
Because climate change is hitting us harder than most.
Because we believe we can do better — together.
We are not waiting for outsiders to save us. We are rising from within.
"We are the bridge between what Marsabit is and what Marsabit can become."
Even though we are new, we already have a roadmap, partnerships in progress, and a passionate team. But we need you to help us activate it.
Support our first school kit drive, peace tournament, or skills workshop.
We welcome collaboration with climate, youth, education, and peace NGOs or institutions.
From media to logistics, trainers to mobilizers — we need people with heart.
